Q: A lot of change happened in the summer of 2007, related to the products labeled Schering AG and Bayer - what do we need to know?
A: The prescription products of Bayer Schering Pharma are now all combined and are distributed by HE Clissmann. The remaining non-prescription Bayer products continue to be distributed by Allphar. Please see the table, below:

Q: I use one of your products. Can you give me advice about my particular medical condition?
A: Irish law is very clear - we cannot give advice about the individual's use of our medicines. Please consult your doctor or pharmacist. (See also: Additional Resources, below).

Q: I live outside Ireland. Can you ship me your product?
A: Irish law is very clear on this issue also - we cannot supply medicines to anyone under such circumstances. We regret any inconvenience this may cause you.

Q: I live in Ireland. Where can I buy your product?
A: All retail pharmacies (or chemists) stock and can supply our products, on the basis of a medical prescription from your doctor - naturally, based on medical need.
